This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.
• Formulate and implement detailed sales strategies aimed at achieving the company's revenue goals and growth targets.
• Define sales territories, quotas, objectives, and performance indicators.
• Propel year-over-year revenue increase and market growth.
• Track sales performance and provide consistent forecasts, reports, and suggestions to executive management.
• Examine market trends, customer insights, and competitive actions to uncover growth prospects and strategic initiatives.
• Work in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services, and R&D teams to align with company goals and market entry strategies.
• Identify, target, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Create and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Manage complex sales processes from initial contact to contract finalization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, physician groups, hospitals, health systems, and strategic partners.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Strengthen relationships with industry associations and referral sources.
• Keep accurate and timely records in the CRM system, including account activities, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline status.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of proposals, contracts, and pricing submissions.
• Lead efforts in responding to RFPs and conducting customer presentations.
• Articulate Medstreaming's value proposition to executive, clinical, and technical audiences.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer success initiatives and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Mentor and assist in the growth and development of future sales team members.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, customer orientation, and continuous improvement.
• Engage in executive planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Report directly to the Senior Vice President.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of software sales experience, preferably within the healthcare IT sector.
• Proven history of meeting and surpassing sales quotas.
• Demonstrated success in business development, prospecting, and acquiring new accounts.
• Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, ambulatory practices, or cardiovascular/vascular organizations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology sales cycles.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel monthly, up to 30% within North America.
