This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.
• Formulate and implement detailed sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue goals and growth targets for the company.
• Define sales territories, establish quotas, set goals, and determine performance metrics.
• Propel year-over-year revenue increases and expand market reach.
• Track sales performance while providing regular forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations to executive management.
• Examine market trends, gather customer feedback, and assess competitive activity to pinpoint growth opportunities and strategic directions.
• Work in tandem with Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services, and R&D teams to align with company goals and market entry strategies.
• Identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Oversee intricate sales processes from initial engagement to contract finalization.
• Foster and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations, physician groups, hospitals, health systems, and key partners.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Strengthen connections with industry associations and referral partners.
• Maintain precise and timely records in the CRM, including account activities, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline status.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of proposals, contracts, and pricing submissions.
• Lead responses to RFPs and deliver customer presentations.
• Articulate Medstreaming's value proposition to executive, clinical, and technical audiences.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product strategies and competitive positioning.
• Build and nurture relationships with current customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist in customer success initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Mentor and foster the growth and development of future sales team members.
• Encourage accountability, collaboration, customer-centric focus, and continuous improvement.
• Engage in executive planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Report directly to the Senior Vice President.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of software sales experience, ideally within the healthcare IT sector.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Proven success in business development, prospecting, and acquiring new accounts.
• Experience in selling to hospitals, health systems, ambulatory practices, or cardiovascular/vascular organizations.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare technology sales cycles.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel monthly, with up to 30% travel required across North America.
