β’ Create and implement detailed sales strategies aimed at meeting the company's revenue goals and growth ambitions.
β’ Define sales territories, quotas, objectives, and performance metrics.
β’ Propel year-over-year revenue increases and market growth.
β’ Assess sales performance while providing forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
β’ Examine market trends, customer input, and competitive activities.
β’ Collaborate with teams from Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services, and R&D.
β’ Identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities.
β’ Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
β’ Navigate intricate sales cycles leading to contract finalization.
β’ Build rapport with healthcare organizations, physician networks, hospitals, health systems, and strategic partners.
β’ Participate in industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and networking events.
β’ Keep CRM records updated, including account activities, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline status.
β’ Ensure proposals, contracts, and pricing submissions are accurate and of high quality.
β’ Lead responses to RFPs and customer presentations.
β’ Articulate Medstreaming's value proposition to executive, clinical, and technical audiences effectively.
β’ Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
β’ Maintain relationships with current customers, partners, and stakeholders.
β’ Assist in customer success and the transition from sales to implementation processes.
β’ Mentor and support the growth and development of future sales team members.
β’ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
β’ Engage in executive planning and overall business strategy.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Vice President.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Over 3 years of software sales experience, ideally within the healthcare IT sector.
β’ A proven history of meeting and surpassing sales quotas.
β’ Demonstrated achievements in business development, prospecting, and acquiring new accounts.
β’ Experience in selling to hospitals, health systems, ambulatory practices, or cardiovascular/vascular organizations.
β’ Strong comprehension of healthcare technology sales cycles.
β’ Excellent skills in presentation, negotiation, and communication.
β’ Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
β’ Willingness to travel monthly, with up to 30% travel throughout North America.
