This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Lead efforts to secure new business as well as manage expansion and renewal opportunities.
β’ Oversee the entire sales process, which includes generating leads and qualifying prospects.
β’ Direct cross-functional teams in pursuit initiatives and manage deal strategies, pricing, service offerings, value propositions, and presentations.
β’ Develop strategies for deals and pricing, along with proposal plans.
β’ Identify new brands and cultivate an industry network to enhance the sales pipeline.
β’ Investigate cross-selling opportunities and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
β’ Offer ongoing commercial support for accounts that have been closed.
β’ Concentrate on a specific vertical or business unit, tailoring Ryder solutions to meet customer requirements.
β’ Transition newly acquired accounts and business to account leadership after 24 months unless directed otherwise.
β’ Aim for $100 million in projected revenue over a five-year timeframe.
β’ Secure one SCS/DTS cross-selling opportunity.
β’ Comply with Ryder's policies and procedures, including the Travel and Expense Policy.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
β’ A master's degree in business administration (MBA) is preferred.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience, with at least 3 years meeting quota and 2 years achieving 75% of quota.
β’ At least five (5) years of experience in selling supply chain solutions and/or achieving quota more than three times within a 60-month period.
β’ A strong understanding of services, costs, pricing, and value expertise is necessary.
β’ A Noncommercial Driver License CLASS E is required.
β’ Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
β’ Proficient in listening, writing, and speaking effectively; capable of informing, explaining, and providing instructions.
β’ Strong skills in presentation, interpersonal communication, negotiation, customer service, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, adapt to changing circumstances, meet tight deadlines, work both independently and collaboratively, and handle confidential information.
β’ Capacity to build and maintain professional relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
