Digital Service Center Specialist – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver courteous, efficient, skilled, and professional service to members through video technology, electronic communication, written correspondence, and chat.

• Emphasize on achieving resolution on the first contact.

• Ensure an outstanding member experience.

• Assist members during scheduled weekday and Saturday hours.

• Occasionally travel as necessary for business continuity, training, and meeting purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a customer service setting is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in telephone/video etiquette, professional writing, interpersonal abilities, and multitasking capabilities.

• Strong working knowledge of Windows-based PC applications and general office equipment.

• Ability to see, hear, read, write, speak, and type in both English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is required.

• Capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods while wearing a headset.

• Proficiency in performing repetitive keystrokes.

• Flexible scheduling availability between 8 a.m. EST and 6 p.m. EST Monday–Friday and 9 a.m. EST to 1 p.m. EST on Saturdays.
