This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assess patient records, treatment histories, provider inputs, and relevant documentation to ensure readiness for case action and subsequent processing.
• Implement clinical and operational protocols that facilitate patient enrollment, therapy coordination, case advancement, and access to prescribed treatments.
• Review case activities, follow-up measures, and the quality of documentation to identify inconsistencies, delays, and gaps in processes.
• Analyze barriers to therapy access, coverage challenges, and coordination risks for timely escalation and resolution.
• Interpret program protocols, product guidelines, and operational requirements effectively.
• Offer clear guidance to patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, clinics, and support teams to minimize disruptions in therapy access or administration.
• Maintain standards for adverse event reporting, documentation control, and communication that align with clinical, quality, and regulatory expectations.
• A Diploma in healthcare or a related field is required.
• Active registration as a Licensed Nurse (RN or RPN/LPN) with the College of Nurses in the respective province of employment is necessary.
• Familiarity with clinical operations, care coordination, and case management processes is essential.
• Understanding of patient support program workflows and therapy access routes is required.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, record-keeping, and auditing requirements is necessary.
• Familiarity with treatment protocols, therapy administration support, and patient education methods is essential.
• Understanding of reimbursement navigation, coverage processes, and funding support activities is required.
• Knowledge of adverse event reporting, quality control measures, and compliance standards is necessary.
• Ability to accurately interpret clinical, operational, and reimbursement-related information is essential.
• Capability to assess case status, service risks, and barriers to therapy access is required.
• Proficiency in validating documentation and maintaining precise case records is essential.
• Ability to coordinate effectively among patients, providers, pharmacies, clinics, and internal teams is necessary.
• Skill in communicating complex care and program information clearly and professionally is required.
• Ability to ensure case progression through timely follow-up, escalation, and problem resolution is essential.
• Proficiency in auditing case activities and identifying process execution or documentation quality gaps is necessary.
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in daily tasks is essential.
