Bilingual Family Resources Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Conduct online research to locate at least three referrals for each request.

• Organize research into detailed referral packets, adhering to ComPsych Work-Life branding and quality standards within two business days.

• Process three requests daily while upholding quality standards.

• Follow up with clients regarding each work-life package within three business days.

• Maintain a 100% client satisfaction rate.

• Create a new work-life package within one business day if the satisfaction rate falls short.

• Assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives, new product developments, and special projects.

• Acquire resources and referrals that align with clients’ needs through interpersonal and phone skills.

• Translate HelpSheets and other documents into Spanish when necessary.

• Share research outcomes and referrals with the team.

• Record all work-life packages in ComPsych databases.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Proven internet research abilities.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Social Work or Psychology.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
