This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Analyze and assess AI-generated psychological content for clinical precision, relevance, and ethical suitability.
• Examine psychological case studies, assessments, research scenarios, and therapeutic conversations.
• Identify clinically significant inaccuracies, unsupported reasoning, inappropriate recommendations, bias, and culturally insensitive assumptions.
• Evaluate whether the generated content adheres to sound psychological principles and professional benchmarks.
• Create and review datasets that include psychological case studies, assessments, conversations, and related clinical materials.
• Assess realistic psychological and psychiatric contexts and contribute high-quality examples for AI training and evaluation processes.
• Review narrative content for consistency, clinical plausibility, and appropriate psychological reasoning.
• Suggest evidence-based enhancements to elevate clinical and psychological quality.
• Incorporate ethical, cultural, linguistic, and contextual considerations into sensitive mental health content.
• Produce comprehensive written feedback and verbal insights that clarify evaluation outcomes.
• Convey complex psychological concepts in an accessible and professionally accurate manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate psychological frameworks into AI training initiatives.
• Contribute to documentation, evaluation criteria, and knowledge-sharing resources.
• Assist in maintaining consistency and clinical rigor throughout ongoing AI development workflows.
• Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D.) or Medical Doctor (M.D.) with a completed psychiatry residency.
• Native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian.
• Advanced proficiency in English communication skills.
• Professional experience in clinical practice, psychological research, psychiatry, or higher education.
• Strong capability to articulate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Excellent analytical and evaluative skills for reviewing psychological data, case materials, and narrative content.
• Deep understanding of ethical considerations and cultural sensitivity in global mental health contexts.
• Ability to identify bias, inaccuracies, and clinically inappropriate reasoning.
• Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary or technology-focused projects is a plus.
• Strong documentation capabilities and the ability to provide precise, actionable expert feedback.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is essential.
• Work must be performed without utilizing confidential, proprietary, or patient-identifiable information belonging to any employer, client, institution, patient, or other third parties.
