This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Deliver timely, accurate, and effective information along with emergency travel assistance to clients in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.
β’ Initiate medical cases and collaborate with Case Management and Claims teams to validate information and obtain approvals for medical services.
β’ Aid in the processing of invasive or investigative procedures.
β’ Provide referrals to medical providers and assist in cost containment utilizing the provider network.
β’ Oversee billing arrangements with medical providers.
β’ Manage incoming and outgoing communications to update cases and execute action plans.
β’ Clarify policy coverage and limitations to clients.
β’ Support clients with online tools and claim submissions.
β’ Safeguard client confidentiality in compliance with Canadaβs Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
β’ Assist with language translation services.
β’ Employ AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools responsibly, adhering to data governance, security, and ethical-use standards.
β’ Completion of post-secondary education.
β’ At least 6β12 months of experience in a customer service position.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Professional and articulate telephone demeanor.
β’ Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment in resolving customer inquiries.
β’ Proficiency in French (reading, writing, and speaking).
β’ Language stipend of $1.50 for each hour worked.
