Digital Coordinator, Bilingual (German, English, Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video conferencing

• Assist clients with questions regarding vehicle rentals and pickups

• Finalize reservations

• Validate customer information and offer related assistance

• Deliver technical support during key collection

• Resolve issues in the self-service area

• Collaborate with SIXT branches across various countries

• Conduct calls to encourage additional sales and enhancements

• Provide ongoing customer support and address issues 24/7

• Proficient in German, English, and Spanish

• Exceptional ability to comprehend and anticipate customer needs
