This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video conferencing.

• Provide assistance to customers regarding vehicle rental and pickup procedures.

• Finalize reservations.

• Confirm customer details and offer related support.

• Deliver technical assistance during the vehicle pickup process.

• Resolve issues within the self-service area.

• Collaborate with SIXT locations across various countries.

• Conduct calls to enhance sales and service improvements.

• Offer ongoing support and address customer concerns 24/7.

• Proficient in German, English, and Spanish.
