Digital Coordinator – Bilingual (German, English, Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video calls

• Assist customers with questions regarding vehicle rental and the pickup process

• Finalize reservations

• Confirm customer information and provide relevant assistance

• Deliver technical support during key collection

• Address issues in the self-service area

• Work collaboratively with SIXT branches across various countries

• Make calls to promote additional sales and enhancements

• Offer continuous customer support and resolve issues 24/7

• Proficient in German, English, and Spanish

• Exceptional understanding and anticipation of customer needs

• Strong and persuasive communication skills
