Digital Coordinator, Bilingual (German, English, Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video conferencing

• Assist clients with questions related to vehicle rentals and pickups

• Finalize reservations

• Confirm customer details and offer related support

• Deliver technical assistance during vehicle key collection

• Resolve issues within the self-service area

• Work collaboratively with SIXT branches across various countries

• Make outbound calls to enhance sales and service improvements

• Provide ongoing customer support and address issues in a 24/7 operational setting

• Proficient in German, English, and Spanish

• Strong ability to comprehend and anticipate customer needs

• Effective and persuasive communication abilities

• Capability to adjust to a fast-paced work environment

• Willingness to work night shifts
