This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video conferencing.

• Assist customers with questions regarding vehicle rental and the pickup process.

• Finalize reservations.

• Confirm customer details and provide relevant assistance.

• Deliver technical support during the key pickup process.

• Address issues in the self-service area.

• Collaborate with SIXT branches across various countries.

• Conduct calls to promote additional sales and enhancements.

• Offer ongoing customer support and resolve issues around the clock.
