Digital Coordinator, Bilingual (German, English, Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video calls

• Assist customers with questions regarding vehicle rentals and the pickup process

• Finalize reservations

• Confirm customer information and provide necessary assistance

• Deliver technical support during vehicle key pickup

• Resolve issues within the self-service area

• Work collaboratively with SIXT branches across various countries

• Make calls to promote additional sales and enhancements

• Offer ongoing customer support and address customer concerns 24/7

• Proficient in German, English, and Spanish

• Strong ability to comprehend and anticipate customer requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts

• Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities

• Quick problem identification and effective solution proposal skills
