This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or video conferencing

• Provide assistance to customers regarding vehicle rental and pickup inquiries

• Finalize reservations

• Verify customer details and offer related support

• Deliver technical assistance during vehicle pickup

• Resolve issues in the self-service area

• Collaborate with SIXT branches across various countries

• Initiate calls to promote additional sales and enhancements

• Offer ongoing customer support and address customer concerns around the clock

• Proficiency in German, English, and Spanish

• Exceptional ability to comprehend and foresee customer needs

• Strong communication skills, both clear and persuasive

• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and changing work environment

• Willingness to work night shifts

• Quick identification of issues with the ability to propose viable solutions
