Coordinator Digital – Bilingual (German, English, Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video conferencing.

• Provide assistance to customers regarding vehicle rental and pickup queries.

• Finalize reservations for customers.

• Confirm customer information and offer related support.

• Deliver technical assistance during the vehicle pickup process.

• Address issues within the self-service area.

• Work collaboratively with SIXT branches across various countries.

• Make promotional calls to enhance sales and improvements.

• Ensure ongoing customer support and resolve issues in a 24/7 service setting.

• Proficient in German, English, and Spanish.
