Coordinator Digital, Bilingual (German, English, Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video conferencing

• Assist clients with questions related to vehicle rental and the pickup process

• Finalize reservations

• Confirm customer information and provide necessary assistance

• Deliver technical support during vehicle key collection

• Resolve issues encountered in the self-service area

• Collaborate with SIXT branches across various countries

• Conduct calls to promote additional sales opportunities and enhancements

• Offer ongoing customer support and resolve issues around the clock

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English

• Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch is advantageous

• Exceptional ability to understand and foresee customer needs

• Capable of communicating in a clear and persuasive manner

• Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment

• Willingness to work night shifts

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members

• Quick to identify issues and suggest effective solutions
