Coordinator Digital – Bilingual (German, English, Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video calls

• Assist clients with questions related to vehicle rentals and the pickup process

• Finalize reservations

• Confirm customer information and provide associated assistance

• Deliver technical support during key pickups

• Address issues within the self-service section

• Collaborate with SIXT branches across various countries

• Make calls to promote additional sales and enhancements

• Ensure ongoing customer support and resolve issues 24/7

• Proficient in German, English, and Spanish

• Exceptional skill in understanding and anticipating customer needs

• Capable of communicating clearly and persuasively

• Flexible in adapting to a dynamic work environment

• Willingness to work night shifts

• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members

• Quick to identify problems and suggest effective solutions
