Coordinator Digital – Bilingual (German, English, Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video calls

• Aid customers with questions regarding vehicle rentals and pickups

• Finalize reservations

• Confirm customer information and provide relevant assistance

• Deliver technical support during vehicle key collection

• Resolve issues in the self-service area

• Collaborate with SIXT branches across various countries

• Conduct calls to promote additional sales and enhancements

• Offer ongoing customer support and address customer issues around the clock

• Proficient in German, English, and Spanish

• Exceptional ability to comprehend and anticipate customer needs

• Strong skills in clear and persuasive communication

• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment

• Willingness to work night shifts
