This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Spearhead disease awareness initiatives and cultivate relationships with both clinical and non-clinical experts.
• Oversee site-of-care onboarding and prepare treatment centers for the introduction of an allogeneic cell therapy.
• Navigate intricate account landscapes and collaborate with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations teams.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans utilizing customer insights and analytical data.
• Educate treatment center personnel on processes and enhance operational workflows.
• Identify and engage medical professionals in cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, lymphoma, and solid organ transplantation.
• Inform physicians about disease severity, unmet medical needs, standard care practices, and the patient journey.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive site account plans and execute territory business plans with account-specific KPIs and strategies.
• Map out institutional operations, patient flow, referral networks, and onboarding prerequisites.
• Collaborate with service line directors, administrators, coordinators, pharmacy committees, transplant administrators, and medical societies.
• Work alongside marketing to create US promotional materials and assist at professional meetings.
• Encourage collaboration with market access, medical affairs, and cell therapy technical operations teams.
• Post-approval: competitively market Tab-cel Ebvallo, educate on efficacy and safety, and promote appropriate utilization.
• Share insights on accounts and healthcare professionals, business trends, competitive dynamics, and changes in the therapeutic landscape with cross-functional partners.
• Assist stakeholders in ensuring a positive and seamless patient and treatment experience.
• Operate in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and US state and federal regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the biopharma industry.
• Extensive expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Proven experience in a collaborative and complex matrix environment.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate intricate treatment modalities.
• High level of scientific aptitude demonstrated.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare diseases, ideally in CGT.
• Capability to appropriately access and manage business information in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and/or Pierre Fabre policies.
• Launch experience in a high acuity therapeutic area such as ultra-rare diseases (preferred).
• Established relationships within cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, and solid organ transplantation service lines (preferred).
• Experience managing extensive geographies (preferred).
• Background in rare oncology and/or transplant settings (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful account management in large academic institutions (preferred).
• Willingness to travel regularly, including daily and overnight travel within the assigned business territory, up to 70%.
