This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Identify, assess, and progress commercial opportunities for JLL's Technical Development Program.
• Establish and sustain a qualified pipeline across target sectors utilizing Salesforce and current account structures.
• Recognize and rank potential clients within target-vertical accounts and wider outreach pipelines.
• Create cold outreach strategies for new accounts.
• Collaborate with JLL account managers and JREDD Business Unit Directors to uncover eligible opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to evaluate prospect compatibility, workforce model, LMS infrastructure, and training maturity.
• Articulate TDP's value proposition to facilities, HR, learning and development, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate through procurement, legal, and IT review processes.
• Develop customized proposals encompassing tiers, module scope, pricing, and delivery timeframes.
• Ensure technical precision and delivery viability in coordination with JREDD leadership and JLL's Engineering COE.
• Oversee contract execution in collaboration with JREDD operations and JLL legal teams.
• Achieve closure on opportunities in alignment with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Contribute to sales collateral and competitive positioning materials.
• Maintain precise Salesforce opportunity documentation.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates to JREDD leadership.
• Represent TDP at industry conferences, trade associations, and client gatherings.
• Monitor competitive advancements in enterprise technical training and edtech sectors.
• Integrate client feedback to shape the TDP product roadmap.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing intricate, high-value contracts (deals exceeding $200K).
• Experience in selling to senior operational, HR/L&D, or real estate executives within large enterprises (2,000+ employees).
• Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM for managing pipelines and generating reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings, site inspections, and industry events.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background in enterprise learning technology, workforce development, technical training, or edtech sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities management, building systems, or engineering operations is preferred.
• Previous experience in a professional services firm, real estate services firm, or managed services environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of one or more TDP priority sectors: Healthcare, Industrial, Data Centers, Financial Services is preferred.
• Experience navigating enterprise procurement and legal procedures, including MSA and SOW execution is preferred.
• Established relationships within IFMA, BOMA, or similar FM industry associations are preferred.
