
Business Development Manager – Dielectric Fluids

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Identify, develop, and secure new sales by converting customer needs into effective business strategies.
• Generate interest in products and services by enhancing their visibility among customers.
• Enhance product market recognition through a combination of technical expertise and market research or intelligence.
• Keep track of customer and competitor activities along with industry trends.
• Engage in regular status and strategy discussions with senior management of customers.
• Implement sales strategies to safeguard, expand, and diversify relationships with targeted clients.
• Independently address complex issues with minimal oversight and escalate the most challenging matters to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in developing processes to identify and reach out to potential customers, fostering relationships, and generating future sales and repeat business.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions.
• Take part in marketing, sales, and engineering support initiatives to achieve objectives and revenue targets.
• A Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• At least four years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the Energy sector (electrical segment).
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must be located in the US Southwest or US South Central region, preferably in Texas, New Mexico, California, Colorado, or Arizona.
• Should reside within close proximity to a major airport.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience with utilities in the USA.
• Preferred: Knowledge and experience with transformers.
• Preferred: Five to ten years of experience in a combination of sales, marketing, and business development roles.
• Preferred: Proficiency in CRM systems or Salesforce.
