This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Evaluate and assess partnership opportunities through both direct and indirect engagement methods.
• Work collaboratively with product groups to guarantee adequate support for ecosystem partners.
• Create and execute business development initiatives alongside cross-functional stakeholders.
• Align initiatives with both quantitative and qualitative objectives to enhance the relevance and impact of partnerships.
• Oversee partner governance, business planning, return on investment analysis, commercial success, and metrics reporting.
• Identify improvement areas and implement solutions to boost partnership and program-level growth.
• Analyze market trends and devise innovative solutions for localized initiatives.
• Establish quantitative metrics to evaluate financial and business impact.
• Develop and maintain product group support plans for demos, development, marketing enablement, and go-to-market assistance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience in enterprise technology and business development.
• Proven experience in designing and executing technology integrations and go-to-market strategies with partners.
• Experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders across product management, engineering, sales, legal, and marketing.
• Familiarity with working in virtual, matrixed teams.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and program leadership experience.
• Broad knowledge of the high-tech industry and sound business acumen.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with senior-level executives.
• Understanding of Cisco's partner community and the ability to expedite joint go-to-market activities with strategic partners.
