This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Act as the primary liaison for designated accounts within a specific territory.
• Offer strategic sales guidance and communication tactics to protect current business and acquire new clients.
• Execute business and marketing strategies for assigned accounts in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Expand the designated territory and increase share of wallet.
• Achieve sales targets, ensuring profitable growth year over year.
• Utilize expertise in Amcor, its products, the industry, and the competitive landscape.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking efforts.
• Navigate account complexities and relay customer requirements internally.
• Facilitate and support significant business negotiations.
• Foster trustworthy relationships with customers and collaborate across functions with leadership, marketing, R&D, and other stakeholders.
• Aid in commercialization and onboarding initiatives.
• Establish connections with co-packers, machine suppliers, OEMs, and industry organizations.
• Coordinate efforts between Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service for validation and customer trials.
• Oversee accounts receivable with support from the credit department.
• Identify actions to address strategic unmet customer demands.
• Collaborate across functions to implement market and segment strategies.
• Report on sales and marketing performance for monthly management updates.
• Enhance forecast accuracy.
• Share insights on competitive landscape, marketing, pricing, and product performance.
• Manage account planning, pipeline oversight, profitability enhancements, and churn management within the CRM.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical sales and general management, ideally within the packaging sector.
• Experience in a large-scale business-to-business setting.
• Demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.
• Proficient in negotiation processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
• Employment authorization in the United States verified through E-Verify.
