This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Drive quantifiable growth for Stanley Access Technologies within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with SAT, Regional Sales Offices, Allegion business units, distributors, and channel partners.
• Develop new specifications, aftermarket, sole-source, healthcare, and targeted vertical opportunities.
• Foster engagement of local Allegion sales teams through joint calls, project tracking meetings, market meetings, and account planning.
• Partner with operations, marketing, product, legal, and finance teams to formulate go-to-market strategies.
• Advocate for Allegion solutions through coordinated selling initiatives.
• Identify and target opportunities with architects, end users, distribution partners, and national GPO systems.
• Execute prospecting and outreach activities, including AIA CEU presentations, product introductions, project meetings, tradeshows, and industry events.
• Qualify incoming leads, oversee the sales pipeline, and convert leads to enhance closing rates.
• Provide application guidance and design support for construction, retrofit/aftermarket, and service opportunities.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and trends to fine-tune sales strategies.
• Transform company objectives into actionable sales plans.
• Close intricate deals and manage high-stakes contract negotiations.
• Oversee forecasting, planning, budgeting, and necessary reporting using Salesforce.com.
• Report performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including over 5 years in business development or similar roles.
• Experience in automatic doors, access control, or architectural/building products industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams to close complex sales.
• Strong organizational abilities, a proactive approach, and capacity to execute strategic plans.
• Experience in developing healthcare relationships and coordinating multi-stakeholder sales activities.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electronic solutions with the ability to create system-level solutions.
• Solid grasp of new construction, aftermarket, and service business models.
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and execute account plans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn industry-specific software and CRM tools, including Salesforce.com.
• Willingness to travel nationally, typically 30–60% of the time.
