This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Propel revenue growth by selling RSM’s consulting services, with a focus on the national Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consulting practice within the Industrials/Manufacturing sector.
• Identify, assess, and secure new business opportunities centered on Microsoft D365 digital transformation services.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies that align with priority industries and solution offerings.
• Manage intricate sales cycles, including opportunity shaping and solution positioning.
• Engage in executive-level discussions regarding transformation, data strategy, AI adoption, and cloud modernization.
• Create proposals and handle commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with leaders in Data & AI, Cloud, and Finance Modernization practices to develop unique solutions.
• Build and oversee a pipeline with an accurate forecast aligned to measurable revenue goals.
• Connect with client executives to ensure RSM capabilities are aligned with their business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, comprising architects, subject matter experts, and delivery leaders.
• Foster thought leadership through networking, participation in industry events, and engagement with Centers of Influence.
• Recognize cross-sell opportunities within current accounts.
• Work alongside marketing on targeted campaigns.
• Offer market insights to leadership regarding trends, client demands, and competitive positioning.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in selling technology consulting or professional services, specifically related to Microsoft D365 Products.
• Demonstrated success in managing and concluding complex, multi-million-dollar consulting projects.
• Capability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical offerings into business value.
• Experience in navigating lengthy, consultative sales processes from initiation to closure.
• Ability to coordinate efforts across technical, industry, and functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing pipelines and forecasting.
• Strong communication skills, executive presence, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Established network of C-suite connections within the middle market ($20M–$1B revenue) is preferred.
• Experience in finance transformation, intelligent automation, or ERP modernization is a plus.
• Previous experience with a Big Four or national consulting firm is preferred.
