This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies for Integrated Solutions alongside Sales and Marketing.
• Formulate and enhance partnership strategies with customers, engineering firms, system integrators, and strategic partners.
• Identify, qualify, nurture, and finalize complex solution-oriented opportunities.
• Establish connections with customer executives, technical leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Position integrated Repligen bioprocessing solutions to meet workflow, productivity, quality, and lifecycle requirements.
• Lead regional customer engagement initiatives and coordinate technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Service, and Field Applications teams post-deal closure to support execution, handoff, and customer adoption.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Utilize bioprocessing expertise to consult with customers and design comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain opportunity, funnel, forecast, and activity data in SFDC.
• Achieve or surpass annual sales objectives and business targets.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer issues.
• Leverage and enhance a senior-level industry network to identify opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial or business development within the biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-product, enterprise-level solution sales from opportunity creation through to contract award.
• In-depth knowledge of bioprocessing operations, encompassing process development, manufacturing, scale-up, automation, commissioning, qualification, validation, and GMP environments.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Capacity to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority in a highly matrixed environment.
• Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, deal strategy, and strategic planning.
• Ability to convert technical capabilities and customer needs into clear business and value propositions.
• Residing near a major biopharmaceutical hub or a key customer decision-making center within the assigned region.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
• A valid passport and driver's license are required.
