Bilingual, Spanish Phone Outreach Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outreach calls to prospective members, assessing their needs and providing information about available services.

• Respond to inquiries regarding Nadia Care and the membership process.

• Determine eligibility for potential members wishing to enroll.

• Facilitate member registration in the program and arrange their initial appointment.

• Maintain and update databases to ensure member information is current.

• Collaborate with team members and company stakeholders to incorporate feedback from both potential and existing members.

• Clearly articulate Nadia Care’s services and community support options to prospective members.

• Report directly to the Phone Outreach Team Lead within the Marketing & Member Enrollment division.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.

• Experience in call centers, sales, or community outreach roles.

• A friendly demeanor and a passion for providing services to those in need.

• Strong listening skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient with technology and digital platforms.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment.

• Proven ability to follow instructions, learn swiftly, and work autonomously.

• Availability to work from 8:30am to 5:30pm ET (7:30am to 4:30pm CT).

• Must reside within the contiguous United States; applicants from North Dakota, Alabama, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the contiguous US will not be considered.
