This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clients’ press releases for grammatical mistakes, spelling issues, and discrepancies; fact-checking is not necessary.

• Format press releases to align closely with the client's original version.

• Assist clients with inquiries and requests via phone and email.

• Provide support with regulatory requirements, such as SEDAR and EDGAR filings.

• Aid in account management tasks, like maintaining email lists, adding users and accounts, and overseeing multimedia libraries.

• Collaborate with team members and across various departments.

• Expand knowledge of other Notified products.

• Serve as clients’ main point of contact for administrative and consultative needs, as well as press release service requests.

• Disseminate press releases through the global network to journalists, terminals, and websites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required, or equivalent work experience in a similar role may be accepted.

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience is required.

• Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment is essential.

• Proficiency in both English and French is a must.

• Strong multi-tasking abilities are necessary.

• Capability to maintain concentration in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent time-management skills are required.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential.

• Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak periods is expected.

• Must be available for occasional weekend on-call shifts, holidays, and sporadic remote monitoring shifts outside the regular schedule.

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening checks is required.
