• Conduct analysis and evaluation of psychological case studies and related documentation

• Offer thoughtful feedback and insights grounded in professional expertise

• Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Japanese and English to enhance data quality and facilitate model training

• Assess AI-generated content for precision, ethical implications, and conformity with psychological best practices

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to foster comprehensive solutions for a variety of user needs

• Clearly and systematically record evaluation processes and outcomes

• Utilize bilingual communication skills to interpret and enhance psychological assessments across linguistic and cultural boundaries

• Provide psychological expertise to help develop next-generation AI systems

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in Psychology with proven experience in both clinical and academic environments

• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese and English

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex psychological terminology in both languages

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

• A history of making ethical decisions

• Experience in developing or assessing case studies and psychological evaluations

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to translate intricate psychological concepts between Japanese and English

• Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and efficient documentation

• Proven cultural sensitivity and adaptability in diverse environments

• No previous experience in AI is necessary
