Bilingual Physician – Virtual Urgent Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional care to patients in a virtual environment.

• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team as necessary when managing complex patients.

• Monitor labs, imaging, and ensure effective communication with patients and other providers as required.

• Utilize tools for virtual "exams," including remote home monitoring devices, remote physical assessments, and point-of-care diagnostics.

• Engage in a collaborative care model alongside registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health professionals, and clinical supervisors as applicable.

• Attend mandatory meetings such as huddles, case conferences, and regular service line All Hands.

• Provide constructive feedback to enhance operational workflows and product features.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Report to the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient urgent care or emergency department settings.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing virtual care or telemedicine services.

• Fully licensed in Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and New Jersey (must possess licenses in three out of these six states).

• Openness to obtaining licenses in additional states with our support, collaborating with our licensing vendor.

• Compact license from IMLCC or eligibility for a compact license (must hold a full, unrestricted medical license in a member state of the Compact).

• Proficiency in Spanish.
