Bilingual Physician – Virtual Health Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional care to patients on Oscar's platforms through phone and video consultations.

• Act as a supervising physician for Advanced Practice Providers.

• Ensure direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants in accordance with state regulations.

• Deliver medical care virtually via phone, video, and messaging, adhering to Oscar Medical Group's guidelines, practices, and policies.

• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and other healthcare providers across various service lines.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Report directly to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Must hold a license in TN and either TX or FL.

• Active IMLCC certification or eligibility to apply.

• Willingness to obtain licenses in additional states with our support, in collaboration with our licensing vendor.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.

• Familiarity with value-based care documentation standards.

• Availability for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts.

• One late shift (ending at 8 PM EST) required each week.

• One Saturday shift required each quarter.
