Bilingual Physician – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional care to patients utilizing Oscar's platforms through phone and video consultations.

• Act as a supervising physician for Advanced Practice Providers.

• Ensure direct oversight and management of nurse practitioners and physician assistants according to state regulations.

• Deliver medical care remotely through phone, video, and messaging in accordance with Oscar Medical Group's guidelines, practices, and policies.

• Collaborate effectively with Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and other healthcare providers across various service lines.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Report directly to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.

• Proficiency in Spanish verified through a proctored assessment.

• Must hold a full medical license in Tennessee and Georgia, along with at least two of the following states: Missouri, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Texas.

• Active IMLCC or eligible to apply.

• Open to obtaining licensure in additional states with our support, collaborating with our licensing vendor.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine setting.

• Familiarity with value-based care documentation standards.

• Availability for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts.

• One late-day shift concluding at 8 p.m. EST required each week.

• One Saturday shift required every quarter.
