Bilingual Part-time Telehealth Physician, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial telehealth consultations with enrolled members.

• Evaluate medical needs, identify care gaps, and recognize barriers to accessing healthcare.

• Develop a concise clinical plan along with care priorities.

• Collaborate with members of the care team to facilitate seamless transitions and ensure continuity of care.

• Offer clinical insights to enhance program workflows during the pilot phase.

• Embrace a patient-centered approach that addresses both social and medical needs concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO with an active and unrestricted license; multiple state licenses are highly preferred.

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty is preferred.

• Comfortable working with Medicare, Medicaid, or complex patient populations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust in a virtual environment.

• Interest in care coordination, health navigation, or whole-person care models.

• Ability to adapt to a startup-like, dynamic program environment.

• Telehealth experience is preferred.
