Bilingual, Spanish Phone Outreach Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outreach calls to prospective members, assess their needs, and inform them about Nadia Care services.

• Respond to inquiries regarding Nadia Care and the membership process.

• Verify the eligibility of potential members for enrollment.

• Enroll members in the program and arrange their initial appointment.

• Maintain accurate databases and ensure member information is current.

• Collaborate with the team and the company to gather feedback from both potential and existing members.

• Report directly to the Phone Outreach Team Lead within the Marketing & Member Enrollment division.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Bilingual in Spanish is essential.

• Experience in call centers, sales, or community outreach is preferred.

• Possess an outgoing personality and a passion for delivering services to those in need.

• Strong listening skills and attention to detail are required.

• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment.

• Proven experience in following instructions, adapting quickly, and working independently.

• Availability to work from 9:30am to 6:30pm CT.

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

• Must live in the contiguous United States; candidates from ND, AL, HI, PR, or outside the contiguous US are ineligible for hire.
