This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.
• Conduct outbound calls to eligible health-plan members utilizing an automated dialing system.
• Adhere to established scripts and enrollment procedures with precision.
• Engage members in a professional, friendly, and conversational manner.
• Clearly articulate program benefits and enrollment opportunities.
• Address frequently asked questions and objections while maintaining focus on enrollment.
• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other necessary systems during conversations with members.
• Refer to general health or prescription-related information already available in the system without independently gathering sensitive health details.
• Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment activities.
• Achieve established quality, productivity, and enrollment targets.
• Safeguard member information and adhere to all required privacy and compliance protocols.
• Work Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time, with one Saturday per month.
• Prior experience in outbound calling, call center operations, customer service, sales, or enrollment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Comfortable following a structured script while maintaining a natural conversational flow.
• Ability to confidently handle inquiries, hesitations, and objections.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and skillful in accurate documentation.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Dependable attendance and a strong dedication to meeting performance expectations.
• Must possess fluent speaking, reading, and writing skills in both English and Spanish.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• $1 differential for evening and weekend shifts.
• Incentives available.
• Paid training, typically lasting one week.
• Full-time positions are eligible for benefits starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
