Bilingual NP/PA – Virtual Health Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct preventative care screenings

• Carry out medication reconciliation

• Diagnose various medical conditions

• Offer health coaching, referrals, and treatment when clinically appropriate

• Reach out to members with chronic illnesses based on historical and suspected health information

• Engage members who may be less likely to visit their primary care physician (PCP)

• Identify ways to enhance members’ access to care with a licensed provider

• Participate in cross-training for urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines

• Communicate with members virtually, including conducting virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatments

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Report directly to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish

• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

• Compact RN (for Nurse Practitioners only)

• Experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures

• Bilingual Nurse Practitioner licensed in Florida

• Capability to obtain licensure in other states

• Over 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care

• Minimum of 15 hours required per month in a 1099 capacity
