Bilingual Medical Assistant – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver real-time video virtual check-in and check-out assistance for patients

• Offer live phone and messaging support for patients

• Assist the Care Team, which includes virtual physicians, APPs, and RNs

• Organize each patient’s medical requirements from initial outreach and care coordination to resolution

• Aid with orders, requisition forms, and referrals

• Gather patient notes from providers post-referral

• Arrange follow-up care appointments

• Reach out to providers and facilities to clarify details and resolve complex cases

• Collaborate with laboratories, imaging centers, pharmacies, and vendors

• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification is required

• Over 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in primary care, urgent care, or multi-specialty clinics

• Fluency in Spanish is essential

• Must pass verbal and written proficiency assessments

• Experience in a virtual practice setting is a plus
