Bilingual Medical Assistant I – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer live video virtual check-in and check-out assistance for patients

• Deliver live phone and messaging support for patients

• Assist the Care Team, which includes virtual physicians, APPs, and RNs

• Strategize for each patient's medical requirements from initial outreach through care coordination and resolution

• Help with orders, requisition forms, and referrals

• Follow up with providers after referrals and gather patient notes

• Arrange follow-up appointments

• Reach out to providers and facilities to clarify information and resolve complex cases

• Collaborate with laboratories, imaging facilities, pharmacies, vendors, and other stakeholders to fulfill patient needs

• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations

• Carry out other assigned tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification

• Over 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a primary care, urgent care, or multi-specialty clinic

• Fluency in the Spanish language

• Must pass verbal and written proficiency examinations
