This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee all components of patient enrollment, reimbursement procedures, and service coordination for participants in the Patient Support Program.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all patient-related aspects of the program.
• Ensure timely enrollment of patients into the Patient Support Program.
• Provide both inbound and outbound telephone support, including maintenance and adherence calls.
• Collaborate with patients, insurers, and healthcare providers regarding documentation to secure maximum reimbursement coverage.
• Research public and private insurers and address employer escalations.
• Review patient charts, prior therapies, and tests to assist physicians with public or private coverage documentation.
• Offer therapy guidelines and program education to both patients and physicians.
• Gather information and conduct financial eligibility assessments for patients.
• Coordinate with physicians' offices, pharmacies, infusion/injection service providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate patient services and resolve issues.
• Track and coordinate patient services to ensure swift and ongoing access to therapy.
• Review, analyze, and confirm the accuracy and completeness of patient information.
• Uphold case-management service standards, including telephone answer rates, initiation times, adverse-event reporting, and program KPIs.
• Keep precise patient and clinic information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal patient support teams.
• Identify coverage challenges and relay information to the PSP Supervisor.
• Follow up and advocate until coverage decisions are obtained.
• Maintain the confidentiality of patient, client, and corporate data.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
• Post-secondary education with experience in the healthcare sector is an asset.
• Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory.
• Experience in reimbursement billing, special access, the appeals process, and providing support and consultation is a plus.
• Familiarity with private and public reimbursement frameworks, systems, and processes is an asset.
• Ability to work from home with access to a quiet, private office space is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, including the interpretation of regulations and legislation.
• Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution sector.

• Available to work standard office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST.
