Bilingual Intake Coordinator, English-Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the Intake team to ensure that every Qlead is completely collected and recorded in CampLegal within 24 hours.

• Supervise adherence to deadlines and quality standards by reviewing the work of the team and promptly addressing any discrepancies.

• Create and evaluate actionable pre-consultation notes that address immigration status, required documentation, qualifying factors, hardships, and pertinent history.

• Recognize and suggest improvements in processes, providing training to the team and enhancing the overall quality of work.

• Work closely with the Client Intake team, offering direction and support to ensure a seamless transition from Qlead to active client.

• Prior experience in leading or coordinating a team, managing daily operations, ensuring deadline adherence, and maintaining data quality.

• Demonstrated ability to gather client information thoroughly and accurately prior to each consultation.

• Exceptional attention to detail and sound decision-making skills to review the team's work, identify errors or gaps, and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement.

• Strong communication skills to provide feedback and direction to your team, ensuring clear and actionable pre-consultation notes.

• Capability to perform under pressure, managing multiple cases and individuals simultaneously while sustaining a professional and resilient demeanor.
