Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls to qualified patients.

• Inform patients about CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM care management initiatives.

• Conduct eligibility evaluations and facilitate patient enrollments.

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

• Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is mandatory.

• Must be available to consistently work 30–40 hours per week.

• Availability for live client support during designated peak hours is essential.

• Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills are required.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are necessary.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Must be comfortable using multiple computer systems while interacting with patients.

• Healthcare experience is favored but not mandatory.

• A dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace is needed.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection is required.

• Personal laptop or desktop computer is necessary; tablets or Chromebooks are not acceptable.

• The computer should be no more than 2–3 years old and equipped with at least an Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent.

• Must be adept at utilizing multiple computer applications while conversing with patients.
