📋 Description

• Deliver remote medical care through phone and messaging platforms.

• Provide patient services in alignment with the protocols and policies of Oscar Medical Group.

• Emphasize efficiency and high-quality care delivery.

• Facilitate patient access to Virtual Urgent Care services.

• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and other healthcare providers across various service lines, including primary care and health assessments.

• Innovate the processes of diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for members in a virtual setting.

• Administer patient care utilizing Oscar's digital platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a PA or NP program from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification (NP: ANCC, PA: PA-C).

• Proficiency in Spanish; must be able to read, write, and speak the language fluently.

• Must pass both verbal and written fluency assessments successfully.

• Hold current full practice licensure in at least three of the following states: Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, or Georgia, valid at the time of application.

• Willing to obtain licensure in additional states with assistance from Oscar.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency room, or outpatient family medicine.

• At least 2 years of experience in telehealth.

• Residency in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia is required.
