This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Oversee the renewal lifecycle for commercial insurance accounts.
• Assist with account submissions, renewals, and policy servicing.
• Generate insurance policies, binders, and endorsements.
• Ensure the accuracy of policy documentation and maintain client account records.
• Deliver daily customer service and account support.
• Liaise with insurance carriers and underwriters.
• Assist brokers with submissions and market communication efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee proper coverage placement.
• Evaluate insurance policies and documentation for precision and completeness.
• Handle endorsements, binders, and updates to policies.
• Aid in coverage analysis and preparation for renewals.
• Utilize insurance brokerage systems, such as Titan.
• Keep client and policy records organized within agency management systems.
• Employ Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis purposes.
• Implement formulas and data tools effectively to manage account information.
• Work closely with brokers and senior team members to facilitate account servicing.
• Engage in hands-on training with senior leadership and participate in internal training programs.
• Contribute to team initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client service.
• Receive mentorship on insurance account management processes, brokerage systems, policy administration, renewal workflows, and communication practices with carriers and brokers.
• At least 1+ years of professional experience in commercial insurance.
• Background in managing client accounts, financial data, or complex documentation.
• Familiarity with policy administration, renewals, or underwriting support.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in formulas and data management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Capability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the wholesale insurance industry and various markets is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance agency management systems or brokerage platforms is preferred; proficiency in ImageRight and AIM is a significant advantage.
• Experience with middle market commercial clients is preferred.
• A Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required for consideration.
