This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive revenue growth to achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic client acquisition and partner development throughout Canada.
• Create, expand, and oversee strategic referral channels focused on cyber law firms, cyber insurance carriers/brokers, and forensic incident response partners.
• Stay informed on industry trends, new privacy legislation, and effective breach mitigation practices to act as an invaluable resource for clients and partners.
• Promote sales for Equifax Breach Services products, which include credit and identity monitoring, 24/7 Level 1 FAQ call center support, digital and physical notification services, and impact verification lookup tools.
• Develop personalized proposals and pricing models designed specifically for corporate breach incidents and client requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams to execute contracts, manage deal revisions, and facilitate rapid deployment operations.
• Ensure pipeline integrity, document account interactions, and monitor opportunity progress in Salesforce.
• Adjust work hours and schedule to accommodate urgent breach events, client requests, and pressing business needs.
• Travel regionally 10–15%.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a strong, proven history in B2B sales experience.
• Proficient in qualifying complex leads and driving opportunity conversions.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving revenue targets and developing a robust sales pipeline.
• A strong passion for and dedication to understanding the cybersecurity and breach response industry landscape.
• Skilled in handling objections in high-pressure, consultative sales settings.
• Strong business insight, financial understanding, and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing comprehensive sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, and CRM operations using Salesforce.
• Capable of creating tailored executive presentations and pitching to decision-makers, legal advisors, and corporate executives.
• Proven ability and willingness to adapt work schedules outside of regular business hours to meet urgent client demands and active incident responses.
• A strong desire to continuously learn about the Canadian cybersecurity landscape, cyber incident frameworks, and privacy laws (PIPEDA and provincial standards).
• A successful track record in B2B business expansion and partner ecosystem growth.
• Established connections within Canadian cyber law firms, insurance carriers, or forensic technology vendors.
• Willingness to learn and implement new sales governance techniques.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong team collaborator.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken) to effectively assist clients across all Canadian jurisdictions.
• Superior executive communication, negotiation, and client service skills, especially under tight deadlines and high-pressure circumstances.
• 10–15% regional travel.
• Flexibility to work varying or non-standard hours based on business demands, emergent incident response tasks, and client requests.
