Account Executive – Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell Servion financial products and services to Credit Unions and other clients.

• Identify and cultivate new accounts.

• Build and enhance relationships with existing credit unions and community banks, as well as expand into new territories.

• Generate VA, FHA, Conventional, and other mortgage options through active prospecting.

• Establish connections with key decision-makers, acting as the liaison and primary point of contact.

• Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints regarding loan products and services.

• Showcase Servion products and services to potential customers.

• Respond to client needs and ensure follow-through on requests.

• Initiate or assist in external marketing initiatives and targeted marketing campaigns.

• Identify revenue opportunities by engaging with credit unions.

• Collect data to identify trends and formulate new sales concepts.

• Communicate market conditions and strategies to the National Sales Manager.

• Monitor and assess competitors' activities and offerings.

• Maintain precise monthly reports on expenses, sales contacts, pipeline, and sales activities.

• Follow up with credit unions and community banks throughout the sales process.

• Perform other related duties as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or a four-year College Degree in business or a related field is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a substitute.

• At least two years of experience in the mortgage industry is required.

• A minimum of two years of mortgage sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all Servion Business Units, particularly in Mortgage, Realty, and Title.

• Current understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations.

• Exceptional skills in reporting, letter writing, group presentations, and related communications.

• Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executives, managers, employees, and vendors.

• Proficiency in conducting research to identify credit union needs and effectively communicate findings.

• Aptitude for delivering seminars, presentations, and meetings that illustrate product and service value.

• Updated knowledge of accounting, compliance, policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.

• Ability to generate quality mortgage leads and build client relationships.
