
Account Executive β Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Promote and sell Servion financial products and services to Credit Unions and various clients.
β’ Identify and cultivate new accounts.
β’ Establish and enhance relationships with existing credit unions and community banks, expanding into new territories.
β’ Generate VA, FHA, Conventional, and additional mortgage opportunities through proactive prospecting.
β’ Foster relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a liaison and primary contact for partners.
β’ Address inquiries, information requests, and concerns regarding loan products and services.
β’ Showcase Servion products and services to potential customers.
β’ Attend to client requirements and ensure follow-up on their requests.
β’ Initiate or assist in external marketing initiatives and targeted marketing campaigns.
β’ Identify revenue-generating opportunities and cultivate relationships with credit unions.
β’ Collect data to identify trends and create innovative sales strategies.
β’ Communicate market conditions and strategic insights to the National Sales Manager.
β’ Monitor and assess competitor activities and offerings.
β’ Maintain monthly reports on expenses, sales contacts, pipelines, and sales activities.
β’ Follow up with credit union and community bank partners throughout the sales process.
β’ Execute related duties as necessary.
β’ High School Diploma or a Four-year College Degree in business or a related field is preferred.
β’ An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered acceptable.
β’ A minimum of two years of experience in the mortgage sector is required.
β’ At least two years of mortgage sales experience is highly preferred.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of all Servion Business Units, particularly in Mortgage, Realty, and Title.
β’ Current awareness of industry trends and government regulations.
β’ Strong skills in reporting, letter drafting, group presentations, and related communications.
β’ Ability to forge and maintain effective working relationships with executives, managers, employees, and vendors.
β’ Competence in researching credit union requirements and conveying findings effectively.
β’ Capability to conduct seminars, presentations, and meetings.
β’ Up-to-date understanding of accounting, compliance, policies, procedures, guidelines, and current standards.
β’ Skill in generating quality mortgage leads and developing client relationships.
β’ No specific licenses or certifications are required.
