This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated client accounts.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with important stakeholders.
• Proactively meet client needs and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams.
• Conduct regular account assessments to pinpoint opportunities for product adoption, penetration, and client satisfaction.
• Work alongside Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and the sales team to provide customized solutions and communicate account expectations.
• Keep abreast of client-specific agreements and ensure adherence across associated dealerships.
• Organize or facilitate training sessions for client teams.
• Encourage participation in Safe-Guard’s F&I certification and training initiatives.
• Address client inquiries regarding training and operational best practices.
• Recognize and document cross-selling and upselling prospects within current accounts.
• Generate and qualify leads for potential new clients and forward them to the National Sales Manager.
• Assist in the strategic expansion of Safe-Guard’s presence alongside the National Sales Manager.
• Maintain CRM records of client interactions, training events, and account performance.
• Report account metrics, lead generation activities, and client feedback to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Over 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or similar roles, ideally within the automotive or vehicle retail sector.
• Experience in providing training or leading workshops for client teams.
• Five years of experience in the Automotive industry.
• Three years of experience in retail F&I.
• Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with key client stakeholders.
• Strong skills in facilitating or coordinating training sessions to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proven track record in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and reporting platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings, training sessions, and account reviews.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
