📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain intricate Zoho CRM configurations customized for the sales lifecycle.

• Create and launch sophisticated automations, blueprints, and workflows to enhance warm lead management.

• Review and refine current CRM frameworks to guarantee data integrity and optimal performance.

• Connect Zoho CRM with external tools and internal systems to establish a cohesive data environment.

• Serve as the in-house expert on all aspects of Zoho, resolving technical issues and identifying new features for utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or Administrator with thorough technical knowledge of the platform.

• Proven capability to develop custom automations, Deluge scripts, and intricate sales funnels.

• Advanced understanding of Zoho’s intricacies, including modules, layouts, and in-depth reporting.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on enhancing lead conversion through technology.

• Exceptional communication abilities and the skill to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• **Nice-to-Haves**

• Zoho Certified Professional status.

• Familiarity with the broader Zoho One suite (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics).

• Experience in sales operations or lead generation strategy.
